TREAT THE APARTMENT AS IT WOULD BE YOUR OWN Please make sure that you cause no damage to the apartment or its contents; otherwise, you will be charged for the damage you cause. If there are any imperfections, please report them to us by the second day of your stay. If we find anything that hasn’t been reported, we have the right to deduct from the deposit to replace or repair the damage. 3. DON’T MAKE ANY NOISE INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND INSIDE THE BLOCK 4. USE OF ANY KIND OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE STRICLY FORBIDDEN If there is any suspicion and/or evidence of drug use, you will be given a notice of eviction, and you have to leave the apartment immediately.
